Personal data
Domaine Uma, as data controller, collects personal data only when you fill in one of its forms. This data is used to:
- reply to your messages and contact requests;
- process your event and experience booking requests;
- reply to your quote requests for a corporate event;
- send you our newsletter, if you have subscribed;
- review applications and CVs submitted from the Careers page.
The legal bases are the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures (bookings and quotes), our legitimate interest in replying to your messages, and your consent (newsletter and applications).
Your data is intended exclusively for Domaine Uma and is neither sold nor transferred. It is kept for as long as needed to process your request, then deleted: at most 3 years after the last contact for commercial requests, 12 months for applications and CVs, and until you unsubscribe for the newsletter.
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@domaine-uma.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Details of the data collected and how it is processed are in our privacy policy.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies. It only sets two cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work:
- uma_age: remembers your confirmation that you are of legal age (duration: 12 months);
- uma_cookies: remembers your cookie choice (duration: 6 months).
The Google Maps map on the Contact page is only loaded with your consent; Google may then set its own cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.
Audience measurement
Domaine Uma measures visits to the site with an in-house statistics tool hosted on the same server as the site. It sets no cookies, uses no advertising identifier and passes no data to any third party.
For each visit, the following is recorded: the page viewed, the date and time, the time spent and how far the page was read, the referring site, the type of device, the browser, the system, the language, the screen width, and the approximate country, region and city. Key actions (quote request, phone call, brochure download) are also counted.
Your IP address is not stored: it is used for a moment to determine the country and city, then forgotten. An anonymous, irreversible identifier that changes every day is used only to count visitors. These statistics are used only to understand how the site is used and to improve it (legitimate interest); they are kept for 25 months at most.
You can object to this measurement at any time: it is not active if your browser sends the “Do Not Track” signal (Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control), or if you turn it off below.
To opt out: turn off audience measurement on this device.
Approximate geolocation relies on the IP to City Lite database provided by DB-IP.com (www.db-ip.com), under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence.
Alcohol consumption
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Please drink in moderation. The sale of alcohol to persons under 18 is prohibited. Pregnant women should not drink alcohol.

The site contains links to third-party sites (table booking, social networks, etc.). Domaine Uma has no control over their content and accepts no liability for them. Despite the care taken in keeping the site up to date, errors or omissions may remain: prices and information are given for guidance and may change.
